This exclusive convention was reserved with a selected number of brokers who make part of their ‘Elite Club’, with aim to get better connections with its young managers based in HQ in Italy.
There were certainly excursions in the surroundings of Lombardy such as visit to Lake Maggiore and dining out in most exclusive restaurants in Milan and Como Lake.
The highlight of the tour was Ferrari drive.
The ‘team drive’ of each Ferrari was composed of ‘broker & company rep’. One road book was given and full assistance was provided on the way from Milan to Maranello.
A stop was done in the Parma area, where the participants also had opPTtunity to visit and taste Italian delicatessen in a real ‘salumificio’ – parma ham factory.
Upon arrival to Maranello, hometown of Ferrari cars, an expert presented the history and specifics of Ferrari cars by guiding through the Ferrari museum (Galleria Ferrari).

King DMC organized the entire convention of this pharmaceutical Company, with the accommodations and meetings. The attention was centred on the status of moods during working environment and creation of improved cohesion between the management and staff by tailor-made social activities.
The meeting was set with state-of-art technical audio-visual equipments in the main conference room with professional simultaneous translators. A relaxing room was set with a large number of complimentary Internet stations and free bar service at disposal.
Breakout rooms were designed to express the status of each type of mood that one might experience in working environments. The atmosphere of each room was furbished with its expressing colour, botanic decorations …etc accordingly.
The coffee breaks were arranged with the theme of international cuisines at the different corners of the congress centre, with ambiance of different countries.
The social program was the highlight: A treasure hunt with brainstorming underlined the imPTtance of teamwork during the missions to be completed by all of the participants, and the nature necessity of leadership to be born during the activity.
